Just Me Shiny Star

Hi, I’m Mehrnaz – a dedicated business owner, licensed aesthetician, nail technician, and hairstylist with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry.

From the beginning, I’ve believed that beauty doesn’t require needles or invasive procedures. Every woman is uniquely beautiful, and my mission is to support and enhance that natural beauty through non-invasive facials, nail care, and hairstyling — helping my clients achieve visible and long-lasting results.

After graduating from beauty school, I gained experience working in various salons and spas before opening my own beauty salon. It wasn’t an easy startup, but with patience, passion, and the joy of meeting new clients, it became a rewarding journey. I even managed to survive the difficult COVID years, and by 2022–2023, my salon was thriving.

Then came an unexpected challenge — the building was sold, and the new landlord asked me to sign a lease that didn’t make sense during a one-year construction.

Thanks to the continued support and love from my amazing clients, I stayed strong and kept going. That’s when Shiny Star Studio became Just Me Shiny Star — a reflection of my solo journey, offering personalized services in smaller spaces, subleasing rooms inside other businesses. It was a new chapter full of ups and downs, but also new experiences and growth.

Now, I’m excited to welcome you to my newest location inside the BC Queens Clinic, a beautiful space owned by an inspiring woman full of great energy and good vibes.
